DURING REMODELING PROJECT
Second Payment (Usually, 30% of Total Estimate)
Owner Will Remove Fragile, Valuable and Easily Removable Items Out of the Work Area (Including Traffic Pathways).
Demolition
Steps of Project (Rough-in and Finish Carpentry, Sheet Rocking, Plumbing, Electrical, Installation, Flooring, Painting, etc.)
Use of Customer/Lead Carpenter PROJECT LOGBOOK for questions, issues and project scheduling/coordination/progress updates (when customer cannot routinely be available on site).
Meetings with Lead Carpenter (Changes to Original Projects, progress updates) and to discuss and address PROJECT LOGBOOK entries.
Project Substantially Completed, Punch List Developed
Third Payment (Usually, 30%)
Project Turned Over to the Homeowner

AFTER REMODELING PROJECT
Punch List Items Addressed
Final Project Completion
Final Payment (Remaining Amount Due After Punch List Completion and Additions/Deletions Associated with Change Orders)
R.P. Vogel Requests Permission to Use Customer as a Reference
Customers Tell Friends About Successful Project

Phases of the Roofing/Siding Process
The processes of roofing, siding, trim cover-up systems, gutters and downspouts, and other "Exterior" work is similar to the previously described remodeling process, but more compressed.
